From the menu select the category attire you want to create. Choose again edit and open the outfit you want to import. This may have drawn on paper and photographed, photographed as a real dress, or you may have downloaded it from the net.

First you need to remove the image around the outfit, press remove. Does the outfit contain the same color as the surroundings, so part of the outfit is removed too, colorize the environment first with a paint, before you press the remove. You can now resize the dress to fit the doll. Remember to brush away with eraser that part of the outfit that will be behind the doll.
